1. Entry Time

Please arrive promptly by 08:00 on 1 September 2025.

Guests to be seated by 08:50.

A premium nutritious luncheon will be provided for summit participants.

2.Registration Requirement

To maintain order at the venue, we warmly encourage all participants to join us for the full summit. The luncheon will be served to those attending the entire event.

3. Dress Code

To maintain the professional image of this international conference, all participants are kindly requested to attend in dark formal attire with long-sleeved tops and full-length bottoms.

• For men: Dark-colored suit jacket, shirt, and trousers

• For women: Dark-colored long-sleeved suits, trousers, or skirts (knee-length or longer; modest and appropriate in style)

• Kindly avoid casual wear such as T-shirts, jeans, shorts, sneakers, slippers, and similar attire.

4. Interpretation Services

5. Venue Conduct

The Summit will be conducted in Chinese, English, and Korean.

• Please bring your own earphones (wired or wireless, compatible with your mobile device) for simultaneous interpretation.

• Kindly bring along your mobile phone power bank to ensure uninterrupted access to interpretation services.

6. Entry Restrictions

Due to the professional nature of the summit and the level of focus required, children under the age of 16 will not be admitted. Kindly make appropriate arrangements in advance.

7. Programme Schedule

The summit is expected to conclude at 16:30. Please plan your schedule accordingly.
